Cirencester College students hold lunchtime classical concert

THE annual lunchtime concert by Cirencester College students has become almost a 'spot the stars of the future' exercise.

This year the young musicians build on their growing reputation by including three talented singers who will start their professional training September at the Guildhall in London and the Birmingham Conservatoire.

Ben Nelson, who has just won the £500 Keith Nutland Award at the Cheltenham Festival, Aidan Smith and Louise Lloyd are all students of Maria Jagusz and Eric Richards at Cirencester College.

They will be joined by several other student musicians for an hour of classical music at the Parish Church at 1pm on Thursday, July 4. Admission free.
