A MINETY pet has been proving that he really is "top dog."
Max the Boxer came fourth in the Post Graduate class of sixteen at Crufts, much to the delight of his owner Joanne Cole.
She said: "Max loved the day, although it was quite tiring for him, as we left at 6.30am, and we didn't get back to 6pm.
"He was very well behaved, and we were lucky that he was able to go, as he only got the all clear from the doctor the day before the show, as he had just had a major eye operation."
Max, whose full name is Ruption Wishful Thinking For Minety, was three in January, and is no stranger to dog shows, having won many other competitions before entering for Crufts.
