Welsh voice treat for St David's Day

THE Cambrian Male Choir of Swansea is giving a St David's Day concert in Cirencester Parish Church on Friday, March 1 when they present music for all tastes, from traditional Welsh hymns to songs from West End shows.

The choir is joined by guest soloist Claire Louise Hammacott, who also comes from Swansea, and who has sung with many choirs, in musicals in London, Manchester and Edinburgh, and has also appeared on television. She is currently playing the leading role of Christine in "The Phantom of the Opera" at Her Majesty's Theatre, London.
