A429 by Malmesbury closed after serious crash between pedestrian and motorbike

A SERIOUS crash between a pedestrian and a motorbike has taken place near Malmesbury this morning.

Part of the A429 by the Burton Hill junction between northern roundabout and southern roundabout has been closed off following the crash, which took place at 8.25am.

The condition of the pedestrian and motorcyclist have not yet been disclosed.

Emergency services are at the scene and drivers taking that route should expect delays.
