Any person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the Act of 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court. Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
Notice is hereby given that the Wiltshire Council intends to make Orders to close temporarily to all traffic to enable Eurovia to undertake works for carriagewayresurfacing, surface dressing and road markings: (a) Orchard Road, Chippenham; from its junction with B4528 Hungerdown Lane for its entire length; (b) Orchard Crescent, Chippenham; from its junction Orchard Road for its entire length. No alternative route is available. This Order will come into operation on 20 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 21 February 2018; (c) C171 Newlands Green/Days Lane, Kington Langley; from its junction with A350 to its junction with C154 Church Road. This Order will come into operation on 21 February 2018 and it is anticipated that the closure will be required until 23 February 2018. It is anticipated that the works will take the stated durations to complete depending upon weather conditions.
