REASON John Passed away peacefully at the Great Western Hospital, Swindon on 1st May 2012, aged 76 years The loving Husband of Tina (deceased), a dear Father of Philip, Lorraine and Nick, adored Father-in-Law, Grandfather and Great Grandfather and Brother of Reg and Joan John will be sadly missed by all his family and many friends Funeral Service Wednesday 16th May, 12.30pm at St Lawrence Church, Lechlade Family flowers only, however if desired donations to Lechlade District Nurses in John's memory may be sent c/o G & L Evans Family Funeral Services, 8 Marlborough Street, Faringdon, Oxon, SN7 7JP Tel 01367 242762
